Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the fire protection industry, with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems

Responsibilities

• Directly Manage Teams: Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 service technicians and field personnel, ensuring they deliver top-quality service and maintain the highest safety standards

• Service Management: Oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler inspections, maintenance, and service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations

• Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, addressing their needs, and ensuring their complete satisfaction

• Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and associated equipment to guide your team in troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively
