Fire Sprinkler Technician
Installs, maintains, repairs, or replaces fire sprinkler equipment and systems in strict accordance with applicable codes and standards
Qualifications:
Must have one (1) or more years of experience with wet and dry fire sprinkler systems
Must be able to operate electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic equipment including, but not limited to : power machines, wrenches, lifts, ladders, all hand tools, drills, grooving machines, saws, test pumps, shovels, personal protective equipment, as well as electronic communication equipment
Must be familiar with fire sprinkler, fire pumps pre-action dry pipe systems. Fire alarm systems knowledge is a bonus.
Excellent working knowledge of NFPA 25, NFPA-13, NFPA-25, NFPA-20 and other applicable codes and standards
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
Must obtain and retain any licenses and certifications that are required by state and / or local codes
